“Despite the fact that we also receive threats and despite the fact that people here are completely brainwashed and they are not ready to accept the simplest facts that differ from what they are being imposed on TV, we consider it important to continue to spread the truth,” the organizer of the demonstration, named Dmitry, told TASS.

In his opinion, if this is stopped, then history "will simply be brazenly rewritten and the unfortunate victims of this tragedy will be forgotten."

“Right now, when everything has reached its peak, to a decisive point, it is necessary to explain to people that the Kyiv regime, which is customary to defend here, is far from a “teddy bear”, it is ISIS * in Europe, created by the same techies who created ISIS in the Middle East,” the man said.

He expressed the hope that in 2023 such a demonstration would no longer be necessary, and that “people’s power will be restored in Odessa”, and “the villains will be brought to justice and will suffer a righteous punishment.”

On May 2, 2014, in Odessa, Ukrainian radicals and nationalists blocked anti-Maidan activists in the House of Trade Unions and set them on fire.

People who tried to get out of the burning building were shot at, and paramedics were not allowed to approach them.

As a result of the incident, 48 people died and more than 200 were injured.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia would do everything to punish those responsible for the tragedy in the House of Trade Unions in Odessa in 2014.
