The vast majority of respondents (82%) believe that such meetings with family and friends help them experience less stress.

Eight out of ten respondents admit that they began to show more concern for loved ones.

Russians began to call their relatives more often (34%), come to visit (26%), buy gifts (19%), and help with minor repairs (16%).

Only 11% of respondents prefer to show care with the help of money.

According to psychologist Natalya Varskaya, the behavior of Russians was influenced by the pandemic and lockdowns, when many were forced to spend time with their loved ones.

She also noted that the desire to spend more time with loved ones is growing against the backdrop of an unstable situation in the information field, and shared tips on how to cope with psychological stress in this situation.
