“The reason for the slightest suspicion is the history of calls and SMS messages to Russian numbers found in phones, correspondence in various instant messengers condemning the current Ukrainian government, subscriptions on social networks to Russian channels, as well as the Telegram application installed on smartphones,” he said.

Suspects are “detained and tortured” and threatened with transfer to the SBU and “physical violence against relatives,” Mizintsev explained.

At the same time, dozens of detainees “never returned to their homes,” nothing is known about their fate, stressed at the defense control center.

Mikhail Mizintsev also said that the Kyiv authorities are preparing a provocation with the mass destruction of civilians to further accuse the Russian army: in the Kharkiv region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine installed artillery pieces to strike during the evacuation of civilians along the humanitarian corridor organized by the Ukrainian side from Kharkov.
