The creator of the Club Malasmadres, Laura Baena, does not want anyone to erase her surname Fernández, because it is her mother's.

The one that reminds her that there were others before her who had the same problems, the same concerns, the same fears... only that she shouted them out to the world through social networks and made history.

She achieved it because she made visible a latent and silenced problem in a concept, that of family, which seemed to be the exclusive responsibility of mothers.

"When they give you the baby, they give you a backpack called guilt and you have to live with it," she says.

I was a better mother before being a mother

Baena affirms that 6 out of 10 women give up their professional career and 90% of the reductions in working hours are female requests.

Data that reflect inequality in the field of upbringing.

But she has several keys such as self-care, prioritization and scheduling oneself that help a healthy conciliation.

These tips from the creator of Malasmadres can be found on Telefónica's Better Connected platform, a space whose idea is that "when we connect, we are capable of doing incredible things".

In it we can 'Learn with Experts' such as Baena herself, Perico Delgado or Toni Nadal and discover 'Incredible Stories' such as those of Ferran Adrià, Teresa Perales or Javier Gómez Noya.

In short, it is a place to be inspired, meet and connect to achieve incredible things.
