According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police and the National Guard detained a man who held the child for several hours.
“They turned out to be a local resident born in 1986 who had previously been repeatedly convicted.
In the near future, the citizen will be taken to the police department for investigation.
The child born in 2019 was handed over to the mother, nothing threatens his life and health,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
According to RIA Novosti, first a mother with a child was taken out of the entrance, and later the officers took the detained man out.
