The story of a soccer player in Peru riding a motorcycle during halftime to get a delivery job was reported.

According to the Peruvian media La Republique and other foreign media on the 26th local time, the Peru Cup match between the soccer team Las Aguilas Santa Ana and Atletico Turin was held in Lima, Peru that day.

Reporter Pedro Giren, who was covering the match, witnessed a surprising sight at halftime after the first half.

A player in a Ras Aguilas team uniform suddenly appeared with a large red bag.

The bag had the logo of a successful delivery service provider in Latin American countries such as Colombia, Brazil, and Peru.

Reporter Giren took a picture of the player on his social media account and introduced it as "Gersi Arambulo, 19, who plays as a right winger for Las Aguilas," and said, "It's not like a soccer player riding a motorcycle at halftime to deliver. It will be a world first.”

According to Argentinean media TN, Arambulo took a mobile phone with a delivery app installed and a delivery bag, rode a motorcycle out of the soccer field, and returned to the ground 17 minutes after completing the delivery service.

The match ended in a 1-1 draw.

The Peru Cup is a national tournament in which many amateur players who dream of becoming professional soccer players participate.

TN said, "Amateur players like Arambulo have low salaries, so it is difficult for them to make a living solely through soccer. Because of this, most players are doing other things in addition to soccer."

When the story of Arambulo became a hot topic, the Ras Aguilas team posted on SNS, "He is a young player born in 2003, equipped with good skills and speed. I hope he never gives up on his (professional) dream. We will be able to achieve it,” he left a message of support.
