“In the next 24 hours, more than 12 flights are expected from the United States,” a senior official from the RIA Novosti agency quoted as saying.

He added that the next batch of military assistance will include 155 mm howitzers, ammunition for them, Phoenix UAVs and radars.

Earlier on CNN, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said that Ukraine received most of the howitzers promised by the United States, and more than 50 armed forces trained in the use of weapons have already returned to the country.
