It all happened almost exactly two years ago.

The healthcare employee was found by colleagues at the health center in Sollefteå bleeding profusely from the head, torso and hip.

The woman who was stabbed with a scalpel stated that she had been attacked by a man, from whom she also gave a fairly detailed report.

A man who tuned in well to the signal was also arrested shortly afterwards, but it turned out that he was innocent and he was released the next day.

During the investigation, police and prosecutors began to suspect that no assault had ever taken place.

It all ended with the woman herself being charged with false alarms and also drug offenses.

It turned out that she had prescribed a total of just over 10,000 drug-classified tablets to herself and two relatives to her.

The woman has denied the crime in all respects and has maintained her story that she was assaulted.

After the act, the woman was taken to Sundsvall Hospital but her injuries were not serious.

She had to leave the hospital relatively quickly and is today fully recovered.
