According to the document, from September 1, 2023, it is proposed to assign unclaimed insurance pensions for the loss of a breadwinner and social pensions for the loss of a breadwinner to children under the age of 18.
Thus, it will no longer be necessary to apply for the appointment of such pensions, the Cabinet clarified.
Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Labor reported that it would be possible to receive a survivor's pension without filing an application from January 1, 2023.
