244 (“Desecration of the bodies of the dead”) of the Criminal Code of Russia, ”the supervisory authority said.
The case will be considered in the Smolninsky District Court of St. Petersburg.
On July 30, 2020, the dismembered body of rapper Andy Cartwright was found in an apartment on Nevsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg, where he lived with his wife and child.
