On Wednesday, Ukrainian refugees came by bus from Örebro to the refugee accommodation Stora Ekeberg in Skara.

But once there, it turned out that a misunderstanding had taken place.

The refugees thought they would go to Restad Gård in Vänersborg.

Several of the women therefore refused to get off the bus.

Something that P4 Skaraborg was the first to tell.

- They really did not even want to leave Örebro from the beginning.

Several other refugees have testified about problems with heat and hot water on Stora Ekeberg and their disappointment was therefore great, says Murad Artin who is a left-wing municipal politician in Örebro and chairman of the local Ukraine group.

Summons guards

When the Ukrainian women refused to leave, guards were called.

- I think it's awful.

They have experienced war and come here traumatized.

Being dragged off a bus by a guard in the stressful situation is not okay, says Murad Artin.

Report the security company to the police

The Ukrainian refugees do not dare to appear for interviews for fear of reprisals.

The Swedish Migration Agency acted on Thursday after seeing the film.

- We have reported the security company to the police.

I was badly touched when I saw it.

If what is shown on the film is true, it is unacceptable.

We want it investigated, says Bertil Claesson, who is unit manager at the Swedish Migration Board in Region West.

Is the Ukrainian image true that Stora Ekeberg has problems?

- It has not come to my knowledge that there are shortcomings in the accommodation.

The site manager at the refugee accommodation thinks that the incident has been magnified.

- You can not create a scene in the way that these women did.

Sieging a bus is not okay.

It had to go on and they sat in it for several hours and refused to leave.

We tried to talk and have a good dialogue before the guards went in, says David Strid at Stora Ekeberg.
