“In the course of reconnaissance and search activities in the Kharkiv region, the servicemen of the Russian Guard inspected houses in the forest and found a large warehouse of weapons and ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the basements,” the statement says.
It is noted that 300 high-explosive fragmentation incendiary shells, more than 30 thousand rounds of ammunition, more than 3 thousand grenades, ten boxes of VOG-17 grenade launchers, etc. were found in the warehouse.
“It has been established that this warehouse was prepared in advance by nationalists to ensure the activities of sabotage and reconnaissance units,” the National Guard added.
Earlier it was reported that the special forces of the Russian Guard defeated an armed group of Ukrainian nationalists and captured a self-propelled artillery mount in the Kharkiv region.
