This is an advisory report submitted by Lee Jong-seop, a candidate for defense minister, from January last year, serving as a research and development advisor for the National Defense Science Research Institute for over a year.

A total of 70 cases are related to defense science and technology, such as hypersonic propulsion technology, ramjet engines, and ceramic materials for satellites.

We looked at what was included.

This is a report titled 'Inter-Korean Military Satellite Development Trend', submitted on February 11th.

However, a month later, on March 10, the introductory paragraph of the article in the Hankyoreh newspaper remains unchanged.

After the election, suspicions have been raised that he may have pasted newspaper articles that were later than the date of submission of the report in an attempt to fill in the missing report.

A report dated February 15th was taken directly from YTN's article.

There are more than 10 self-replications in which several paragraphs appear over and over again.

All of the 70 reports did not exceed two pages, and many were half-filled.

600,000 won was paid for each report, and the total of 42 million won in advisory fees received by Candidate Jong-seop Lee.

Candidate Lee attended the National Defense Science Research Institute nine times in one year and three months.

Candidate Jong-seop Lee explained, "I have found that there are 4 reports that he did not prepare."
