“The government of the Russian Federation, together with the All-Russian public organization Delovaya Rossiya, should consider the issue of forming a rating of conscientious taxpayers,” the list of instructions of the head of state says.
It is noted that the rating can be formed taking into account the level of the tax burden in order to provide its leaders with tax preferences in the future.
