Eva Nordmark's message is that more people should work.

- Mothers are central to their children.

They should be good role models and we know that many mothers, especially foreign-born, do not have their own work and livelihood.

She says she was upset when she saw pictures "swished past" of stone-throwing mothers and children in connection with the riots after the extremist politician Rasmus Paludan's demonstrations.

- Moms should not throw stones.

They should work.

We get a better society if both mothers and fathers work, says Eva Normark.

Eva Nordmark made her proposal during a visit to Malmö on Wednesday.

"Mom cheered on"

After the riots in Linköping, chief prosecutor Eva Nemec Nordh stated that she had seen pictures of women throwing stones.

- Among other things, I saw a film from one of the police buses that went into one of the farms in Skäggetorp.

Immediately when it went in, it was subjected to stone-throwing, and I reacted strongly to the fact that it was not just young men.

I saw a mother with two young boys who also threw stones, and a mother who cheered on her son who threw stones, says Eva Nemec Nordh, who is the chief prosecutor in Linköping.

In Malmö, the police have not seen any women who threw stones during the Easter weekend.

- We have seen children, boys and young men but no women.

However, we have not gone through all the material that has come in, says Nils Norlling, press spokesperson for the police in Malmö.
