“Just as recently Russia and the USSR played a decisive role in the victory over fascism, today it is creating a new multipolar world.
Russia and its friends are moving towards these changes,” said Ali Kasem, director of the Russian cultural center in Baalbek.
Earlier it was reported about a car rally in support of Russia with the participation of several hundred people in Germany.
