The State Security Prosecution in Egypt issued a decision to imprison the media, Hala Fahmy, for 15 days pending investigation, on the same accusation that her colleague Safaa Al-Korbiji is facing, against whom the Public Prosecution also issued a 15-day detention order.
Lawyer Khaled Ali said that while Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi was reviewing his speech that he will deliver on Tuesday evening - during the Egyptian family breakfast, in which he said that the homeland accommodates all of us, and that the difference of opinion does not spoil the homeland a case - the media appeared in the Radio and Television Union Hala Fahmy in front of the prosecution.
Fahmy's last appearance was during videos posted on Facebook, last Sunday, on her page before her arrest, in which she said that unknown persons were chasing her and a friend of hers, and that she had resorted to the Nozha Police Department, which did not provide her with any help.
The appearance of Hala Fahmy in the prosecution comes two days after the appearance of the Egyptian journalist, Safaa Al-Korbaji, on behalf of her, and she was investigated in connection with the same case, after the prosecution charged her with joining a group founded in violation of the provisions of the law and spreading false news, and decided to imprison her for 15 days pending investigation.
And Egyptian media quoted lawyer Ali Ayoub as saying that a security force arrested the Egyptian journalist at dawn last Wednesday from her home, and took her to an unknown destination.

And the last period witnessed a wide spread of videos in which the two media figures, Hala Fahmy and Safaa Al-Korbiji, criticized the leaders of the Maspero building, where the state radio and television stations are located in Egypt, especially with regard to the delay in financial dues to workers, then the criticism extended to the Egyptian authorities, warning against the intelligence service’s efforts The general public to control the Maspero building, which is the heart of the state media.
This coincides with the arrest of the announcer, Hala Fahmy, from Shwaya. This form of national dialogue will take place in prisons.
