There have also been anonymous tips from bidders themselves.
- It may be that they think they should get a regular white job, then when it's time to get paid they may get half white and half black or completely black.

The Swedish Tax Agency suspects that there are "enablers" behind the cheating, who have knowledge of accounting and how to make arrangements to avoid paying tax.
