40 countries participated in the 'Ukraine Defense Advisory Council', which was held at the US Air Force Base in Ramstein, Germany, presided over by the US Defense Minister Austin.



Korea and Japan also participated in the video.



Secretary Austin said the war had entered a new phase and that the next few weeks would be decisive, stressing the resolute support of the West.

Russia criticized World War III and nuclear war mentioned by Russia, saying, "No one can win a nuclear war."



Russia has cut gas supplies to Poland and Bulgaria and warned of military aid from the West.



Russia's defense ministry said it could strike a command center in the Ukrainian capital Kiiw, where Western military advisers may be staying.



Russian President Vladimir Putin met with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and said he was looking forward to a diplomatic agreement with Ukraine and that negotiations were continuing.



Nevertheless, he insisted that an invasion of Ukraine was inevitable and that Russia was not responsible for the massacre of civilians in the Bucha.
