“In the city of Liman of the Donetsk People’s Republic, militants of Ukrainian nationalist formations equipped a stronghold and placed heavy weapons in a nursing home,” Mizintsev said.
According to him, the staff and senior citizens in the nursing home are forcibly kept as human shields.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that in Kramatorsk and Zaporozhye, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are equipping positions in schools and a hospital.
