A representative of the Ukrainian legislature, according to Zakharova, said that there can be no mention of joining NATO "as Ukraine's main stratagem."
“Although before that they said the opposite,” the diplomat said.
Zakharova also stressed that the negotiating teams of Moscow and Kyiv exist, the process is not over.
