“The Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee instructed to initiate a criminal case on the shelling of a village in the Belgorod region,” the statement says.
It is noted that the investigators will carry out work to identify and prosecute all persons involved in the crime.
Earlier, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced the shelling of the village of Nekhoteevka from Ukraine.
