A 33-year-old man was arrested in Cannes-Ecluse (Seine-et-Marne) this Sunday after killing his puppy, hitting his partner and threatening his neighbors, reports

The animal, a 2 month old American Staff, had just urinated on the man's bed.
Furious, the latter punched him until he killed him.
His companion, who tried to intervene, was punched in the face and dragged to the ground.
Alerted by the noise, the neighbors also tried to intervene, but were threatened with a knife and pursued.
He spits on the police
The police quickly arrested the 30-year-old and took him into custody.
Excited, the suspect lashed out at officers, hitting an official in the head and spitting at several others.
The man is already known to justice.
The 30-year-old will soon be tried for all this violence.
For serious abuse that caused the death of an animal, he risks up to five years in prison and a fine of 75,000 euros… to which will be added domestic violence and police assaults.
