According to statistics, the number of unemployed people in Taiwan in March was 435,000, an increase of 1,000 from February; among them, those who were unemployed due to dissatisfaction with their original jobs and those who were unemployed for the first time increased by 6,000 and 1,000 respectively; There were 7,000 fewer people out of business and unemployed.
Unemployment averaged 433,000 from January to March, down 7,000 from the same period last year.
In addition, the number of employed persons in March was 11.44 million, a decrease of 18,000 from February, of which the service sector decreased by 8,000, the industrial sector and the agricultural sector also decreased by 6,000 and 4,000 respectively; compared with the same month last year, it decreased by 81,000.
