In the Klockarberget area in Arvidsjaur, the construction company has quite recently completed one house and now another five houses are to be completed.
- There is really good pressure both on new constructions of villas, but also other companies in Arvidsjaur want to expand and expand, says Ulf Lidström.
Wants to capture young people
When it comes to new constructions of houses, the construction company is fully booked for a few years to come.
- Right now we are booked almost two years ahead, but we are working on finding different solutions.
Among other things, we try to start cooperation with different schools to catch young people and then we also try to attract craftsmen from other municipalities, says construction entrepreneur Ulf Lidström.
Today, the construction company employs almost 30 people, but in the near future it will recruit 4-6 craftsmen.
