Russia deploys nuclear-capable missiles by autumn

Moscow plans to deploy the first military unit armed with nuclear-capable Sarmat missiles by next autumn, the Russian TASS news agency reported on Saturday, citing Dmitry Rogozin, head of the Russian space agency Roscosmos.

Citing statements made by Rogozin in an interview with the state channel Rossiya 24, TASS said that the unit will be stationed in Ugur in the Krasnoyarsk region, about three thousand kilometers east of Moscow.
