From November, the cows in Nils Holgersson High School's stable have been inside, but now they have seven months ahead of them to go free in the pasture.
The traditional cow release that the school organizes every year had a large audience on Saturday.
Why do you think the cow release attracts so many audiences?
- I think it's nostalgia and romance and that you want to get a dose of the country.
Families with children want to let their children see what it was like in the past, says Göran Thorsson, barn foreman at the high school who arranges the cow release.
