16 million dirhams zakat from Dubai Islamic to Dubai Charity

The Department of Community Support Services at Dubai Islamic Bank provided 16 million dirhams of zakat funds to the Dubai Charitable Association, to be spent on the beneficiaries according to the banks of this duty, and to contribute to the implementation of the initiatives and programs prepared by the association.

The Bank and Dubai Charity have linked a community partnership aimed at achieving the goals of joint humanitarian and charitable work, especially enhancing its sustainability and supporting its sector’s programs and initiatives, and enabling charities and national humanitarian institutions to provide aid to community groups, especially needy families, widows, divorced women, orphans and other people in need.

And Dubai Charity in particular, and one of its main supporters in implementing its projects and initiatives.

The general secretary of the association thanked the members of the bank’s board of directors for this great contribution, praying to God Almighty to write this in the balance of their good deeds and the balance of the good deeds of the shareholders in the bank, who recommended that their zakat be directed to the most needy people.
