On Wednesday, an operator from the Colmar alert processing center was copiously insulted on the phone during an emergency call.
“The 68 Fire and Rescue Service, its president and the director condemn these acts and support the firefighters who are victims.
Complaints systematically filed, ”wrote the Sdis du Haut-Rhin again.
These cases should therefore not stop there.
