“President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov signed a decree according to which Kulubaev was appointed Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, releasing him from his previous position,” TASS quoted the message as saying.

Kulubaev previously served as head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan.

Earlier, Zhaparov accepted the resignation of Ruslan Kazakbaev from the post of Foreign Minister.
