A man in his fifties was recently sentenced to three months in prison by the court in Perpignan (Pyrénées-Orientales).

A verdict very well received: the defendant had done everything to be imprisoned again, reports

Already convicted 21 times, the 50-year-old has made a habit of going to court to insult the magistrates.

Accustomed, the latter have stopped arresting him and are now content to get him out of the premises.

To succeed his shot, the man has therefore gone to the next level.

Three months in prison then guardianship

On April 14, he went to a bakery in Rivesaltes (Pyrénées-Orientales) and stole 300 euros from the cash register.

Arrested the same evening, he was quickly presented to the prosecution.

“I had to threaten him not to imprison him to calm him down because he found that he was not being sent to detention quickly enough,” testified the prosecutor during the trial.

The 50-year-old victim of behavioral problems should be placed under guardianship and receive care.

The prosecution therefore requested three months in prison to “implement these measures”.

The court followed these requisitions… to the delight of the defendant.

The fugitive Michaël Turan finally arrested in Val-d'Oise
