A 25-year-old man was attacked by another man in central Flen on Friday morning.

The man must have attacked with a sharp object and the plaintiff must have received minor injuries in the form of a scratch.

Threats must also have been expressed in connection with the attack.

- It started as a conversation that became more and more aggressive, escalated and ended with violence and threats.

The plaintiff does not know why the quarrel arose, says Åsa Willsund, the police's spokesperson.

No suspects

According to the police, an ambulance was on site and checked the man's injuries, but he should not have needed care at the hospital.

The perpetrator left the scene and the police have no suspects at the moment.

The incident is classified as aggravated assault and unlawful threats.
