On the morning of April 19, local time, three explosions occurred in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, killing at least six people and injuring more than 10.
According to police sources, two of the explosions occurred near a high school; another explosion occurred near an education and training center, according to witnesses.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres strongly condemned the attack through a spokesman and offered his deepest condolences to the families of the victims, while reiterating that international humanitarian law strictly prohibits attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure, including schools.
