“The Armed Forces of Russia, as well as the formations of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, strictly observe the regime of silence on all routes, including those declared by the Ukrainian side,” Mizintsev said at a briefing.
According to him, the Russian side every day from 10:00 opens humanitarian corridors in the Kharkiv, Lugansk, Donetsk and Crimean directions towards Russia.
On April 19, Mizintsev said that Ukrainian servicemen, nationalists and civilians did not use the humanitarian corridor and did not leave the territory of the Azovstal plant.
