“On April 21, a fire broke out in one of the rooms on the second floor of the administrative building of the scientific institution of the Russian Ministry of Defense in the city of Tver,” the command said.
Extinguishing is carried out by the fire brigades of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The causes of the fire are being investigated.
The regional headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that 17 people were injured in the fire, one of them died.
As the agency writes with reference to emergency services, the fire area at the Research Institute of the Ministry of Defense amounted to 1 thousand square meters.
