In response to questions from its customers and website visitors, the ministry stated that Ministerial Resolutions 41, 42 and 43 of 2005 impose on employers in the private sector the specific percentage system for Emiratisation in certain sectors, so that each company that employs more than 100 employees must set a limit The minimum requirement for a citizen of the state, and the Council of Ministers, by virtue of Ministerial Resolutions No. 26 and 1187 of 2010, specified the classification system according to which companies that comply with the requirements of Emiratisation are rewarded and motivated.
