He entered the front line of life to earn money at the age of 12, and officially took a job at the company in 1938 when he was 15. He has been working here for 84 years, turning 100 this year.
At the time of his first job, electricity did not come on properly and he had to supply drinking water from a well, but Mr. Bau Terr said that he worked harder and quietly instead of thinking of moving the company.
