“We also reaffirmed our agreement to the proposals for a humanitarian truce presented by UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs-Crisis Coordinator Martin Griffiths during his visit to Ukraine,” the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
