After two years of mandatory wearing, it is now possible to take off the mask on board an American airline.



Staff removed all notices on mandatory wearing of masks at the airport.



According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendation, the Transportation Safety Administration extended the mandatory wearing of masks when using public transportation until May 3, but a Florida federal court ruled that it was invalid.

But in New York City, you can only take off masks when using rail and Uber vehicles, subways and taxis. still requires wearing a mask.

The White House is considering appealing the court ruling.

However, the Federal Court of Appeals is dominated by conservative judges appointed during the Trump administration, and the Supreme Court is also predominantly conservative.



It is also pointed out that if the judgment is finalized by filing an appeal, the health authorities may be tied up in the face of a bigger public health crisis.
