“The document prohibits sellers (executors, owners of the aggregator) from refusing to conclude, amend, terminate or execute a contract due to the consumer’s failure to provide personal data,” the statement on the website of the lower house of parliament says.

It is also proposed to introduce a list of unacceptable terms of the contract.

The amendments should come into force on September 1, 2022.
