“At the moment, the most popular notarial acts among refugees from the DPR and LPR have become testifying the accuracy of copies of documents and extracts from them, testifying the authenticity of the translator’s signature and signature, testifying the accuracy of the translation of documents, as well as certification of consents and powers of attorney,” the Federal Notary Chamber said. .

Earlier, State Duma deputy Ivan Sukharev proposed to recognize powers of attorney issued in the DPR and LPR after the decision to recognize the independence of these republics was made.

On April 5, it became known that since the beginning of the evacuation of residents of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, almost 516,000 people have crossed the Russian border in the Rostov Region.
