“If the UK court allowed the extradition, the next logical step, which is only formal, is the confirmation and in fact following the UK court ruling by the head of the British Home Office,” the expert explained.

In her opinion, the UK will do everything at the request of the United States, despite the laws in force in the territory, which are designed to protect human rights.

The lawyer concluded that, most likely, Assange "will be sent to the United States under the escort of American intelligence services."

On April 20, a London court issued an extradition order for Julian Assange to the United States.

The final decision on the extradition will be taken by British Home Secretary Priti Patel.
