Bearer of false Italian identity papers

Following this last seizure, a 37-year-old Albanian was sentenced on Tuesday to six years in prison by the criminal court, as part of an immediate appearance.

He was considered by the courts as one of the essential cogs in this new drug trade.

A defendant who had already been convicted by the Clermont Criminal Court, for… drug trafficking.

"Expelled to Albania when he left prison in March 2019, he did not take long to find his way back to France, despite a permanent ban on French territory", relates the regional daily.

He had false Italian papers

He was arrested last Thursday "in the parking lot of his residence, as he was about to make a delivery".

His sentence was accompanied, yesterday, by a new definitive prohibition of the territory.

During his arrest last week, he was carrying false Italian identity papers.

Another Albanian national, also suspected of being involved in this traffic, could not be arrested.

He would have left France for Albania.
