The young man was indicted for "attempted murder of a person holding public authority and imprisoned".
The deliberate collision between the two-wheeler and the official occurred when the suspect riding the scooter was trying to escape the control of the police.
About thirty people then tried to oppose the arrest of the teenager by throwing projectiles at the police.

The injured officer was taken to hospital.
His incapacity for work has yet to be determined but his vital prognosis is not engaged.
In the process, the National Police Alliance union demanded strong measures to put an end to urban rodeos.
