The court stated that, according to the federal law regarding the regulation of the legal profession, “the lawyer shall receive his fees in accordance with the contract drawn up between him and his client,” noting that it is established that the plaintiff represented the defendant in her lawsuits, and the total fees in the two agreements were 28,150 dirhams, 4,500 dirhams were paid, and the remaining 23,650 dirhams.

The court pointed out that the defendant did not represent, despite its announcement, to pay any payment or defense in the lawsuit, amount or subject, and based on the foregoing, the fees are due to the plaintiff. and expenses.
