“The Russian side guarantees compliance with the Geneva Conventions on the treatment of prisoners of war,” he said.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the opening of a humanitarian corridor at 14:00 Moscow time for the military and militants to leave Azovstal in Mariupol, who will voluntarily lay down their arms.
