The investigation is massive and the police have, among other things, a large amount of footage to go through.

- It continues to flow in material from the public and it must be analyzed and categorized on each of the detainees, says Eva Nemec Nordh to SVT Nyheter Öst.

Some of the arrests have already been lifted and additional people may be released because the chief prosecutor believes that they can not influence the investigation.

- But to think that you are acquitted just because you have been released is wrong.

These should be prosecuted for my assessment is that we have evidence.

Local abilities known to the police

Except for one woman, all arrested are men.

Many of them are young, someone or some in their 15s.

- All are locally based people, so they are people from Skäggetorp.

We have not seen that there are any external actors.

She goes on to say that about a third of them are well known to the police.

But on the other hand, another third does not appear in any police registers.

According to Nemec Nordh, the approach and synchronization in time of the riots in Linköping and Navestad in Norrköping indicate that the events have been well planned.
