The White House: Joe Biden will not send US forces to Ukraine, and we will not fight Russia

The White House confirmed that US President Joe Biden rejects calls to send US forces to Ukraine, and that Washington does not intend to fight Russia.

White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said during a press conference on Monday that Biden rejects US Senator Chris Coons' proposal to send US troops to Ukraine.

In another matter, Psaki confirmed that the US President has no plans to visit Ukraine at the present time.

She noted that "even if there were any plans for visits by senior US officials to Ukraine, they would not have been disclosed due to security considerations."

Psaki confirmed that Washington intends to continue providing military support to Ukraine despite Russian warnings, noting that the United States has sent 4 planes loaded with weapons to Ukraine during the two weekends, and "the fifth plane is scheduled to arrive" today.
