The highest temperature of the year measured - as long as the heat stays

The previous highest temperature this year was noted on March 24, when it was 18.3 degrees in Gladhammar in Västervik municipality.

Easter has offered warm and sunny weather in large parts of the country and there are good opportunities for continued fine weather for the rest of the week, according to SMHI's forecast.

It will not be colder until the weekend, but it is expected to be intermittent weather until the beginning of next week.
