The 1st Subcommittee of the Legislative and Judiciary Committee of the National Assembly is discussing the 'completely deprived of the prosecutor's right to investigate and separate the right to investigate and indictment', which the Democratic Party has adopted as its party argument and is promoting.

The 1st Subcommittee for Law Review of the National Assembly Judiciary Committee was scheduled to open at 7:00 p.m., but it was held at around 8:40 p.m. due to a meeting with the Minister of Justice and protests from the People's Power lawmakers.

Park Ju-min, chairman of the 1st subcommittee for bill review, referred directly to the other amendments to the Prosecutor's Office Act and the Criminal Act, which had previously been referred to the second lieutenant, saying that these bills were related.

In response, the People's Power protested, saying that the existing bills were only referred but never reviewed, and that they violated the National Assembly Act, which stipulates that 'agenda related to the agenda under review' can be directly referred.

As the ruling and opposition parties faced each other over these procedural issues, including issues such as media broadcasts, the agenda was only brought up at 9:40 pm.

After the suspension, it went through deliberation again from 10:30 p.m., but this time, as the debate over the legitimacy of the 'examination and dismissal' bill was arguing, the time passed past midnight, and the meeting resumed at 0:15.

After discussing the relevant content, the 1st subcommittee of the bill review plan will discuss the matter again from 2:00 pm today without going through the decision-making process.
